A downloadable game for Windows

Contents

The project is designed to teach players the functions of basic and essential logic gates typically used in electronics. The game requires the player to place and connect different gates with each other to transform a given input in binary into a wanted output. By playing around with the connections the player starts to understand what each gate does to its inputs and should therefore later be able to apply this knowledge to solve harder and harder puzzles.

About

The game is a prototype with only 13 levels, which was made for a study project in game design basics in my current studies. The project took about 3 weeks and was created with the help of another student Nicola Langen. I did all the programming, created the graphics and some models as well as did the sound work. Nicola was responsible for the game design and some modelling. Cooperation on the project was done using the Fork client and BitBucket as our versioning solution.

The project was created using Blender / Cinema4D, Illustrator and Unity.
